Cleveland golf is a major player in the manufacture of golfing products, and has a high quality product line to offer. In 2005 they were bought over by Quicksilver, but still trade under the Cleveland name. They produce a variety of golf bag types and designs and have a good range of cart bags to offer.
The Fifteen Provides Full Protection
The Cleveland Fifteen has a 9 inch fifteen way top with a full length divider system that provides complete protection for your golf clubs. There are also a massive 10 pockets for the ultimate in storage space, including a ball pocket, full length apparel pockets and a valuables pocket that is velour lined for safety. All the pockets are front opening for ease of access while strapped to the cart.
The padded shoulder strap provides comfort when the bag has to be carried, and the handles are well designed for lifting into and out of the trunk, and onto the cart. In fact all of the Cleveland cart bags have ergonomically designed lifting handles. It also has a rain hood, and an umbrella holder with a cord loop.
The Executive
The Executive cart bag, constructed from polypropylene, has a 10 inch x 7 inch seven way top with two full length dividers, and eleven pockets for storage including a ball bag, velour lined valuables pocket and full length apparel pockets. At 7 lb it is the same weight as the Fifteen, but a bit wider at the top. Its construction likely allows it more protection in the trunk than the Fifteen and it has a bit more storage space.
The V-14 is The Tops
The Cleveland V-14 is heavier at 10 lb and is the top range bag of those reviewed. With 14 way individual dividers and a putter well for easy access to all your golf clubs, its ten pockets provide a massive amount of storage space, and there is also an umbrella sleeve. It is available in only one size and only in black. Although this is being sold online at $189, you can get it for $141 if you look hard enough, less even than the Executive at $148.
Ladies W Series
Cleveland have a range of golf cart bags to offer including the ladies W Series TA-6 weighing 6 lb altogether. This has a 10 x 8 inch seven way top with two full length dividers. It also has two full length apparel pockets and four more for added storage. It also has a lower lift handle and an umbrella holder with a cord lock. There is also a W Series TA-7 ladies bag with 15 way dividers, and seven pockets that are front loading for ease of access on the cart. It comes with a rain hood, and is a liftable 7 pounds in weight. This is slightly more expensive that the TA-6 at around $140.
POSITIVES
* There is something for most golfers here, and all bags have a good number of storage pockets.

NEGATIVES
There are few negatives for this price range. The range of sizes is very limited as is the color range, though Cleveland Golf offer a customization service. No doubt this will cost, but you will likely be able to have a bag in your choice of color.
OVERALL IMPRESSION
Overall, the range is good for those seeking an average priced cart bag with lots of pockets and some separation of golf clubs. The pockets are all front opening, which is good since many cart bags are not, and include full length apparel pockets. You will not be wanting for storage space, and with enough space for a regulation number of clubs what more could you ask for in a sub-$200 range of cart bags.
