Stand Golf Bag Reviews

Stand golf bags make up the bulk of all bags used by golfers. This is because a higher percentage of amateur golfers walk the course, meaning they carry their golf bags. Stand bags have evolved into a lightweight, functional bag that takes the stress off golfers backs and sholders and yet holds more than enough clubs and accessories.

Most of them are double-strapped for perfect balance on your shoulders. This is the main culprit for stress and injuries. Having a bag that is not balanced, puts more weight on one side, causing overuse injuries. Another nice features is they are all molded to fit right around your body for added comfort.

There are many top brands of stand golf bags like OGIO Vision SS Shling Stand Bag, Izzo, Sun Mountain 2009 Crossover Carry Bag and many others that are well worth the investment. Another great bag is the Ping Craz-e-lite stand golf bag andCallaway Golf Hyper Lite 4.0 Stand Bag 2011. A sleeper is the Tommy Armour stand bag. You can rely on these brands to stand up to wear and tear and abuse. Stand bags like these can make your golf game much more enjoyable, and actually improve your performance. They allow you to conserve more energy throughout the round, do to the high level of functionality.

One thing that is critical to me is the ease at which the legs come out when you go to stand it and get your club. I have had many stand bags in the past that took effort to get the legs to come out everytime I went to stand it up. There are only a few good bags where they took this into consideration. I will be reviewing them soon.
